The quality of Sir WALTER RALEIGH, Ron Antiguo del Caribe, is possible due to a controlled fermentation of the sugar cane’s molasses through the action of its own exclusive yeasts developed by the master blender, until transforming the sucrose into liquor by means of a rigorous continuous distillation process in 88% ABV copper columns, obtaining the purest of spirits.  The fermentation process can last from 36 hours to 12 days, until the desired sensorial richness has been achieved; its components are then separated in order to ensure a noble and authentic product, following the Caribbean tradition, along with modern techniques.
